For this reason, we have a no-refund and no-cancellation policy for our coaching services. This policy applies to all payments, including those made through credit/debit cards and financing options like Affirm, Klarna, Afterpay, or other "buy now, pay later" services. By signing up, clients agree to waive any rights to refunds, chargebacks, or disputes with their payment provider.

Client Responsibilities
Success in our program requires commitment from both sides. Clients need to actively participate, follow the coaching guidance and complete check-ins. Not meeting these responsibilities will not qualify for a refund, cancellation, or complaints about lack of results. The program works best when clients stay consistent and engaged.​

Termination of Services
If a client repeatedly fails to meet the obligations of the program, such as failure to attend scheduled sessions or consistent lack of engagement, Divine Detailing LLC Dba Fehringer Fitness reserves the right to terminate the coaching services. In such cases, the no-refund policy still applies.

Extending Services Due to Special Circumstances
We understand that unexpected situations can come up. In cases of genuine, verifiable reasons that prevent a client from using our services, we may extend the duration of the coaching package at our discretion.

Dispute Resolution
In the event of any dispute or disagreement arising from these terms, both parties agree to resolve the issue through mediation or arbitration.

Confidentiality
All personal and fitness information shared by the client during the coaching program will be kept confidential and will not be disclosed to any third parties or social media without prior consent.

Health Disclaimer
Our coaching services are designed to provide fitness guidance and accountability. However, clients should consult with a healthcare provider before beginning any new exercise or nutrition plan. Divine Detailing LLC Dba Fehringer Fitness is not liable for any injuries or health issues that arise from following the coaching program.

Refunds for Unused Services
Failure to utilize all purchased coaching sessions within the agreed-upon time frame does not entitle the client to a refund or extension, unless under the agreed extenuating circumstances outlined above.​

These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States. By using our services, clients agree that any disputes arising under or related to these terms shall be resolved in accordance with the applicable laws and regulations of the United States.
